Ensure reliable delivery of the MWBE Business Diversity Software solution. Collaborate with the Senior Tech Lead and development team to address technical issues. Configure and integrate COTS solutions. Document technical processes and maintain project awareness. Implement custom development and automation pipelines as needed. Adhere to legal, technological, and operational standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and ensure security compliance. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 8+ years in software development, architecture, and leadership. Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions (Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, B2G NOW). Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, Go). Experience with Azure or AWS, and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Strong DevOps skills with tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, JIRA. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Experience with B2GNOW or similar software. Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration. Detail-oriented with conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
