In all our engagements and initiatives, we draw upon our expertise in quality improvement, care management, health information technology, analytics, and research.We invite our partners and communities to work with us to improve health and redesign the health care delivery system.We are seeking an SR HRIS Manager (of systems) that has 8+ years of hands-on HR Information System (HRIS) experience to lead our ADP Workforce Now HR implementation.This is an exciting opportunity at Comagine Health for a Sr HRIS Manager.This person will lead our Human Resources team driving the ADP WFN HR Implementation.Your experience along with exceptional soft skills will help guide the Human Resources HRIS Implementation project.Current Focus:Enhanced HR, On-Boarding & Document Cloud.Future Focus:Compensation and Performance Management.Recruitment and Benefits.The ideal candidate will possess skills that will allow them to develop an HRIS from early stages to maturity, and then maintain and manage accordingly. This position requires strong influencing and relationship skills, managing systems, not people. The Sr. HRIS Manager will be expected to present to Senior Leadership, work with other individual contributors, and enjoy working as a team of collaborative non-profit employees. People skills are essential for this role.Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related fieldMBA or advanced degree strongly preferredADP Workforce Now system Implementation experience requiredSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR Certification preferred
