We are seeking an experienced professional with 8+ years of hands-on HR Information System (HRIS) experience to lead system enhancements, process improvements, technology-related project management, and analytics across HR systems. The ideal candidate will drive strategic enhancements aligning with our mission of improving health and redesigning healthcare delivery systems.

The ideal candidate will possess skills that will allow them to develop an HRIS from early stages to maturity, and then maintain and manage accordingly. This position requires strong influencing and relationship skills, managing systems, not people. The Sr. HRIS Manager will be expected to present to Senior Leadership, work with other individual contributors, and enjoy working as a team of collaborative non-profit employees. People skills are essential for this role.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field

MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR Certification preferred

While experience with ADP Workforce Now system is preferred, similar experience with other HR systems like Ceridian, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc. will be considered as well.

Travel:

This is a fully remote position working from your home office. Occasional travel for team and group events as needed to Portland, Oregon.
