This role will be responsible for managing property projects through completion. Regular attendance is an essential requirement of this position.Primary Duties & Responsibilities :Serve as the primary liaison with internal managers to assess property needs.Coordinate with external parties, including architects, contractors, and vendors.Prepare and submit funding forms.Post project updates and approvals to the department's property system.Maintain accurate records in the department database.Handle and process change orders.Prepare and manage property projects for review by the finance board.Track the progress of property projects through to completion.In consultation with the Divisional Property Administrator, close out completed projects in a timely manner.Maintain both paper and electronic property files.Process all property-related invoices and ensure proper documentation is sent to the Finance Department.Notify managers of corporate approvals for property-related projects.Maintain follow-up files to ensure timely monitoring of project progress.Occasional travel may be required.Perform other tasks as assigned.
Supervision of Others : NoneEducation & Experience / Qualification Requirements : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following qualifications are required:High School Diploma with 2-3 years of related experience.Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.Must be confident, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks with integrity in the use of resources.Proven ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.Strong communication skills are required.Must pass all applicable background checks.
