Job Description:

As the ESG Regulatory Disclosure Program Manager, you will oversee regulatory ESG initiatives applicable to Arrow, including the European Union Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). This role will be pivotal in managing ongoing regulatory/CSRD data and process requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement within our sustainability reporting framework. Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Director, ESG Operations, you will further Arrow's efforts towards the long-term interests of the Company and shareholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
CSRD Data and Process Management: Oversee and manage the cross-functional collection, validation, and reporting of CSRD data. Ensure all CSRD processes are robust, efficient, and align with regulatory standards.
Annual Double Materiality and Gap Assessments: Lead the annual Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) and Gap Assessment processes. Identify key sustainability risks and opportunities and implement strategies to address gaps.
Workiva System Management: Manage the Workiva system to ensure all elements of the CSRD data are completed accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with assurance requirements through meticulous documentation and process management.
CSRD Disclosure Compilation: Compile and prepare comprehensive CSRD disclosures in accordance with regulatory and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
Future regulation management: Stay current with emerging regulations related to sustainability reporting and CSRD. Assess the impact of new and upcoming regulations on the organization's reporting framework. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with future regulations.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to educate internal stakeholders on CSRD requirements and best practices. Ensure all relevant teams are well-versed in the latest sustainability reporting standards and processes. Promote awareness and understanding of sustainability initiatives across the organization.
Incorporate best practice: Monitor the ever-evolving ESG landscape, with a focus on peer activity and ongoing regulatory and reporting developments. Continually refine Arrow's standard and drive ongoing process improvement.
What You'll Be Doing Cont.:
Work effectively across various teams and priorities, leading time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines. Showcase strong cross-departmental collaboration and respond to needs with urgency and resourcefulness.
Influence and guide a multiplicity of internal stakeholders through various levels in the organization, with a focus on maximizing results towards ESG strategies.
Identify and manage external consultancies and partners in the ESG practice area.
Drive adoption of Arrow's ESG standards and practices globally, ensuring alignment across senior leadership and business units.
Anticipate and articulate business challenges or regulatory issues, including recommended process, product, or service improvements.
Demonstrate acute attention to detail and the ability to multi-task through an ever-evolving ESG landscape.
Build relationships that effectuate partnership and influence towards Arrow's long-term goals.
Deliver succinct, effective communications that generate interest and action across multiple parties.
Coordinate and standardize processes, practices, and policies associated with ESG-related matters.
Look beyond existing methodologies to define and resolve complex issues.
Effectively manage and deliver multiple deadlines, demonstrating the ability to respond quickly and effectively to time-sensitive matters.
What we are looking for:
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience.
Independent worker only requiring guidance in the most complex situations
Proven knowledge and experience in sustainability reporting and CSRD program management is preferred.
Proficiency in using Workiva or similar reporting software is preferred.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Must have prior global experience successfully working across a range of internal stakeholders representing Arrow's business and functional groups.
Prior global experience successfully working across a range of internal stakeholders representing Arrow's business and functional groups.
Prior experience overseeing aspects of environmental, social, and governance related activities for a Fortune 500 company or global enterprise is preferred.
Ability and openness to travel
Strategic global mindset and capability to create enterprise-wide approaches that are effective across all markets.
Effective internal and external relationship building and stakeholdering.
Ability to learn new concepts quickly, synthesize information, and generate meaningful insights.
