About the role:Dragos is seeking a Staff Front End Engineer to join our dynamic and talented Product Engineering team to help expand the Dragos Platform. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences, architect maintainable systems, and drive technical innovation while contributing to the future of our platform.Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, modular UI components using ReactJS and TypeScript that integrate seamlessly into our platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Design, to define and implement user experiences within the Dragos platform.Architect maintainable UI systems that can scale with a growing user base and increasing platform complexity.Ensure code quality and performance through best practices, while participating in constructive code reviews.Leverage automated testing tools like Jest and React Testing Library to ensure UI reliability.Lead projects and contribute to the technical roadmap, driving improvements in performance, user experience, and development workflows.Qualifications

5+ years of experience with modern front-end stack (e.g. TypeScript, React, Redux, etc)Proven experience building Typescript + React applications and component systems at large scaleProven experience in making strategic architectural decisionsStrong understanding of UI/UX principlesStrong ability to drive technical innovation, mentor team members, and contribute to the future direction of the entire UI practiceGood understanding of test automation (e.g. React Testing Library, Jest, Playwright)Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Bitbucket, GitHub Actions)Familiar with JS/TS build tools and dependency management (e.g. Vite, Turbo, Rollup)Compensation
