In the role of Digital Delivery Lead, we'll count on you to:
Provide direction for the Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists, along with managing the digital model environment and deliverables at the project levelPossess an advanced understanding of how all disciplines interact and construction documents are producedWork directly with the Project Manager to assist the Coordinators and Specialists to generate and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedure, establishing the server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables outlined in the project scopeExecute digital deliverables and supporting production teams throughout the complete lifecycle of projectsProvide technical support, while communicating the deliverable schedule to the project teamTo maintain quality, this individual will monitor the model health and coordination processes of the project, from the planning phase thru issue of construction documentsExecute these tasks autonomously and also mentor and provide guidance to other team membersOversee and contribute to the development and maintenance of the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP)Monitor and oversee the establishment of the document management system and help maintain the server infrastructure for multi-discipline projectsEnsure the team has the appropriate software, versions, access, and training needed to execute the project requirementsGenerate and maintain model setup including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match-lines, views, sheets, and general models, to accommodate the disciplines and project requirementsMonitor and maintain company standards and model healthHost Digital Delivery coordination meetings with the Digital Design team to ensure optimal quality control through Design Reviews and 3D Coordination processesCommunicate, coordinate, and compile all project digital deliverables and exchange process at predetermined milestonesProject archiving at submittals and closeoutEngage in close and effective communication and presentations with HDR management, production staff, and clientsMentor staff to help develop their skillsetsProvide guidance for Project Managers to support project needsEngage with other Digital Delivery Leads to provide support and guidance
#LI-CV1Required QualificationsTechnical degree or a combination of education and relevant experienceA minimum of 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) and 5 years digital delivery (model management) experienceComprehensive understanding of all discipline relations and operations of building systemsAdvanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructureAdvanced skillset of 3D Coordination toolsAdvanced skillset of Microsoft Office products and communication toolsFamiliar with industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specificationsFamiliar with basic automation and programming applications for efficienciesFamiliar with 3D design software add-ins and supporting applicationsFamiliar with content creation and management conceptsSuperior client service, communication, and presentation skills are essentialDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively serve as a first line of technical supportExcellent communication skills, attention to detail and leadership traits are essentialMust have strong organizational skills to establish priorities between technical support requests and project workMust be enthusiastic, energetic, and an excellent work ethicWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
