As the Product Manager for US-SMB solutions you will obsess about the needs of small businesses in the US and work to bring to market the right products. You will collaborate with our distribution partners, business stakeholders, and product teams to bring to market valuable cost effective solutions that help our merchants do everything from accept payments at their retail location, to sending an invoice protect themselves from fraud, improve their cashflow with fast access to their funds, secure loans to help them expand their business, and much more. You will be deeply familiar with our customer segments, our partners, and our GoToMarket motions and you will play an integral part in our commercial success. Are you ready to make your mark? About the team The Small Business Product team works closely with our line of business leaders to define and execute product strategy and roadmap that is aligned to our objectives as a company. We also work with other product teams at Worldpay to leverage capabilities and services built by those teams, wrapping them in an SMB-context layer of service and experience. What you'll own Product Strategy and Vision: Guide and influence the team's clarity of vision, strategy and OKR's. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals and delivery phases with overall business objectives. Collaborate with GTM teams to pilot, launch, and iterate on products. Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ongoing enhancement, with a focus on seamless integration into our business. Work closely with platform product teams to ensure E2E delivery of the right experience for our customer. Market Analysis and Competitor Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities within the card issuance landscape. Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for our solutions and regularly assess product performance. Identify areas for optimization and work with relevant teams to implement improvements, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Where you'll own it While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person. This will be a remote position, based in the US.
