We're looking for a Senior Manager, Go to Market professional to join our ever-evolving team to help us unleash the potential of every business. Are you ready to make your mark? Then you sound like a Worldpayer. Given our exciting and aggressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Sr. Manager of GTM to join the Global GTM team. In this role you will be responsible for driving the strategy for all long-term value proposition and pricing strategies for products in the marketplace aimed at driving growth and creating value differentiation. The team is focused on building a deep understanding of consumer and market trends and insights to inform our commercial vision and strategic roadmap. Bringing new features to market and driving performance of existing products and services, will be fundamental to success. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and collaborative leader that has experience with matrixed cross-functional leadership. You will represent the voice of our customer by developing deep customer empathy to inform our strategy and create messaging that accelerates the business. This person exhibits the ability to both influence and command and is an integral part of our growth strategy. You will work a hybrid style schedule (2 days/week in office) out of one of our hub locations: Cincinnati, Denver or Atlanta. What you'll own Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and enablement tools for new and existing solutions, ensuring alignment with organization business objectives. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Build relationships with customers to develop deep customer empathy and an understanding of their needs. Create collateral, including pitch decks, data sheets, competitor comparisons, and case studies to enable sales. Collaborate with cross organizational teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Solutions Consulting to ensure successful execution of GTM plans. Collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmap to align with market needs. Guide program execution while monitoring and managing resource dependencies and timelines; Identify and mitigate risks to key milestones. Analyze sales performance to inform decisions and improve messaging and enablement. Communicate and present the performance of our growth initiatives to the SMB team, commercial leaders, executive management, and other key stakeholders. Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement driving commercial results. What you bring BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Product Management, or Product Marketing. Ability to lead through influence by building strong relationships and personal credibility. Experience leading in a matrixed environment with confidence to drive discussion, gain consensus and hold both individuals and teams accountable for delivery.
