Work Location: Hybrid in NYC, Malvern or West Reading, PA., coming into the office at least 3-days per week with Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday being the set in-office days. Possibility for remote work if within a 50-mile radius of a Customers Bank location, the expectation is to be hybrid. All subject to change.
Salary range: An annual salary range of $200,000 to $225,000 is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience.

What You'll Do:
We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence/Analytics Specialist to develop and implement data-driven strategies that will transform the Financial Crimes function from reactive to proactive and, eventually, predictive. The specialist will leverage vast amounts of financial crime data to identify trends, deliver actionable insights, and support decision-making for management, the Board, and law enforcement. This role is essential in enhancing the organizations ability to anticipate and prevent financial crime.
Key Responsibilities: * Design and develop advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions to identify trends and patterns in financial crime data. * Provide actionable insights to management, the Board, and law enforcement to improve financial crime detection and prevention. * Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that monitor key metrics and performance indicators. * Collaborate with the Financial Crimes team to ensure data is used effectively to support strategic decision-making. * Utilize predictive analytics to anticipate financial crime risks and enhance the organization's proactive detection capabilities. * Partner with IT, risk, and compliance teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across financial crime systems. * Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in financial crime analytics and recommend innovative approaches to improve the organizations capabilities. What Do You Need? * Bachelor's degree in data science, business analytics, computer science, or a related field Master's preferred. * 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, preferably in financial services or financial crime compliance. * Strong proficiency with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and BI platforms e.g., Tableau, Power BI. * Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus. * Ability to transl te complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Technology Skills: * Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with other Customers Bank's applications.
