The CCOE Analyst is a key member of the Consulting Partner Center of Excellence (CCOE) Strategy Team, responsible for supporting CCOE initiative leaders and proactively identifying friction points and ongoing improvement opportunities. The CCOE mission is to closely collaborate with, and grow, a set of global strategic partners while simultaneously picking up signals and patterns that allow the CCOE to define and propagate the strategies, goals, and best practices that enable all Consulting Partners to deliver the business outcomes needed to drive broad adoption of AWS. The CCOE Analyst will monitor key metrics on a regular basis to identify trends. They will ensure that we are insisting on the highest standard for the experience of AWS Consulting Partners while insuring AWS Partner and Field teams are well equipped to utilize newly created mechanisms or best practices. 10010

Key job responsibilities

• Create roadmaps for project implementation and brief various teams on requirements

• Set measurable milestones for projects as well as continuous goal setting for ongoing programs

• Continuously collect and analyze data to drive project decisions and provide business insights

• Implement new processes and initiatives to enable program teams to scale their deliverables

• Help build reporting mechanisms, identify opportunities, and establish mitigation processes as we grow

• Manage internal and external stakeholders, and work with cross-functional partners to communicate issues and progress.

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $63,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $135,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
