Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong calendaring skills, problem-solving capabilities, be highly skilled at coordination, and have a high level of resourcefulness.
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Remote in Sacramento, CA
Pay Range: up to $21 per hour
What's the Job?
Coordinate interview scheduling and recruiting activities for interviews for a superior experience to both internal and external clients.
Initiate and facilitate background check process.
Provide consistent status updates to candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Advisors.
Complete new hire transactions in Oracle recruiting Cloud accurately and within a timely manner.
Produce weekly new hire reporting through Excel and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
Maintain coordination processes and ensure handoff process is smooth.
What's Needed?
High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2 years of experience in staffing or recruitment coordination experience is required. Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience preferred.
Previous experience with scheduling complex interviews through MS Outlook.
Proven track record of consistently delivering error-free work results in a fast-paced work environment.
Outstanding customer service communication skills.
