Administrative Support:
Handles administrative tasks related to candidate screening, interviewing scheduling, and background checks.
Maintains candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Prepares job descriptions and manages recruitment-related documentation.
Candidate Communication:
Provides timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Communicates with candidates regarding job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
Recruitment Process Support:
Assists with sourcing and attracting candidates.
Coordinates interviews and ensures a smooth interview process.
Prepares offer letters and manages onboarding logistics.
Data Tracking and Reporting:
Tracks and reports on key recruitment metrics, such as cost per hire and time to fill.
Contributes to data-driven decision-making during the recruitment cycle.
