Ideal candidate would be either a mechanical, electrical, or energy engineer. As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible to focus on three main aspects:

1) Managerial leadership, 2) Technical leadership, and 3) Business development. Projects will be focused on innovative, clean energy, electrification/decarbonization projects.

Responsibilities:·

Coordination with program and department managers, design and project teams, and construction managers.·

Business development of clean energy projects in the geographic region.·

Recruiting and supporting growth of a mechanical, electrical, and energy engineering team.·

Mentoring of the regional clean energy engineering team.·

Preliminary systems assessment and high-level project strategy development.·

Field investigation and condition assessment of existing systems, primarily mechanical, electrical, energy systems.·

Assist in the development of project and proposal preparation.·

Development of basis of design scopes of work, schematics, and P&ID drawings.·

Development of implementation plans & schedules.·

Presentation and report writing.· Meeting with clients to support engineering projects throughout design and construction.
