Primary ResponsibilitiesPlan, direct and monitor all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, typically involving a large project staffProduce and coordinate several projects concurrentlyEstablish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetingsCoordinate staffing and workload of staff through entire project development to complete documents on scheduleConduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with other Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other disciplinesWork with the Business/Accounting Managers, Project Controllers or Company Controllers and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviewsImplement QA/QC procedures and execute training for personnel as established
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering10 years related experienceA minimum 5 years project management experiencePE licenseMS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred QualificationsMaster's degreePMP certification
Preferred 15+ years of experience working in large, complex projects with strong project management backgroundWater/Wastewater Project Engineering experience preferred, including complex water/wastewater projects including condition assessments, planning and design of collection systems, distribution systems and/or treatment plant projects.
