Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager , we'll count on you to:Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of multidiscipline Water/Wastewater/Water Resources or other water related projectsProduce and coordinate several projects concurrentlyEstablish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetingsConduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other disciplinesCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on scheduleWork with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviewsImplement QA/QC proceduresExecute training for personnel as established by strategic plansSupervise project staff and act as mentor for less-experienced Project ManagersQualificationsBachelor's degree in EngineeringA minimum of 15 years water/wastewater project engineering which must include 5+ years experience in project management, including complex water/wastewater projects including condition assessments, planning and design of collection systems, distribution systems and/or treatment plant projects.PE in New York or New JerseyMS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be a plus)Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skillsGood communication, leadership, planning and mentoring skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
