DISH Wireless is seeking an exceptional Program Manager I who exemplifies strategic thinking, operational excellence, and leadership support. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the Retail Wireless Operations leadership team, proactively solving problems, driving initiatives, and coordinating across multiple departments to deliver results. This role is suited for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The Program Manager I will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of organizational priorities, while also supporting executive leadership with high-level operational tasks.Key Responsibilities:Manage cross-functional projects that align with organizational priorities and ensure smooth execution.Serve as the main point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.Facilitate leadership meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and action tracking.Collaborate with departments to streamline operations, improve processes, and enhance communication.Handle sensitive information related to high-level decisions, organizational changes, and strategy.Oversee leadership priorities, managing timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Operations, or a related field from a four-year college or university2+ years of experience in operations, executive support and/or program management; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceSkills and Qualifications:Proven ability to lead operational initiatives and manage cross-functional projectsStrong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levelsHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving operational efficiencyComfortable navigating ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing business needsProficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and executive-level presentations

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/YearBenefits
