Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for a Program Manager-I in the Test and Support Solutions product area of C4ISR Systems. Responsibilities include the following:Manage all aspects of the Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) Depot Repairs Programs to meet cost, schedule and technical performance requirements. The Program Manager must demonstrate the ability to work across functional departments to meet program objectives. Effectively work with suppliers to coordinate proposals for and completion of repairs of their tester and shop replaceable units (TRU/SRU). Develop and present program status at Program Management and Technical reviews with government and commercial customers. Develop and maintain pertinent program documentation including, but not limited to the Program Plan of Execution, depot repair metrics and Risk and Opportunity Management Plan.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Technical discipline and 2 years equivalent experience.Demonstrated program management skills and understanding of logistics, supply chain, assembly and testExperience establishing and leading Integrated Product Teams (IPT)Ability to develop program/project plans specifying goals, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and,allocation of available resourcesAbility to analyze and communicate expectations with regard to repair capacity and backlog for multiple productsAbility to effectively communicate both orally and written at all levels within the company and within the customer communityAbility to initiate, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneouslyProgram scope and cost estimating including estimate to complete/estimate at completion (ETC/EAC) processesAbility to operate independently and proactivelyPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
A certification in Project Management from an industry-recognized organization such as the Project Management Institute (PMI),Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Program Management Professional (PgMP).Knowledge and prior experience in planning, scheduling and implementation of depot repair programs
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
