Product Manager . Your primary goal is to drive product outcomes through activities such as defining the product strategy, OKR creation and measurement, and prioritization of use cases.We are looking for someone who has healthcare revenue cycle experience, has a bias towards action, can collaborate with cross-functional teams, and is obsessive about breaking down complex problems to identify and deliver value to our users and IKC business.The RoleIn this Product Manager role, you will be responsible for discovery and delivery of valuable digital products for our DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) Revenue Cycle product portfolio.Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Revenue Cycle product portfolioDrive product OKRs across a product platform or a product focus areaDefine the Revenue Cycle product roadmap and prioritize work that advances the product strategy and visionExpert in product focus area with a deep understanding of both business outcomes and product outcomesAccountable for defining and meeting product outcomes that drive business valueWrites requirements and user stories that allow teams to design, test, and deliver product solutionsCollaborate closely with key partners to understand business objectives and communicate updates on product initiativesManage technology vendors to maintain alignment on objectives and needs to enable high-quality productsPartners closely with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure product meets all legal and compliance requirementsMust-HavesBachelor's degreeWilling and able to travel up to 25%5+ years of experience in digital product management as a product manager; healthcare highly preferred3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experienceStrong executive presence and ability to communicate and influence VP level and above stakeholdersExperience building high complexity product solutions and achieving outcomes that span multiple business focus areasExceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills, and make it your mission to get things done despite roadblocks and challengesSkilled in juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing them effectively, and delivering on tight deadlines.Ability to thrive in an organization that changes quicklyDemonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domainsStrong relationship building skills and the ability to partner with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders to accomplish goalsNice-To-HavesExperience in value-based care or population healthExperience with Oracle Cerner and/or NextGen
