Amazon Business (AB) Selection team focuses on delivering customers their desired selection in the right fit, form, and function. We are a team of builders who own AB Selection Strategy, Products, and Programs to deliver results for customers and support AB's most critical initiatives. We focus first on execution and building robust processes that inform product and features as we rapidly scale to AB's goals

As a Senior Product Manager on the AB Selection team, you will have the rare opportunity to directly drive the growth of a critical element of our customer experience - our product selection. You will work backwards from the diverse needs of our business customers to profoundly understand their selection requirements. Collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders, you will spearhead initiatives to significantly improve the quality and actionability of our selection data. Most importantly, you will leverage your exceptional cross-functional abilities to orchestrate the rapid onboarding of new, in-demand products at scale. Key job responsibilities

Dive deep into selection data to uncover the highest-impact opportunities for expanding the product assortment

Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operational, and business stakeholders to onboard critical new in-demand products

Establish the goals, strategy, and roadmap for developing new selection-focused products and enhancements

Manage prioritization and trade-offs between seller/customer needs and operational feasibility to drive selection growth

Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews with senior leadership, showcasing progress, business impact, and future opportunities

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience as a product manager or owner

Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
