Our Service Operations team is seeking a Manager of Service Operations who will lead a team of specialists responsible for developing and implementing cross-functional processes that ensure efficient operations as we support a growing fleet of Solar + Storage equipment.
This role is based in our S. Portland ME office
Responsibilities:
Financial analysis of warranty fleet costs,
Creating and tracking of purchase orders, managing service inventory, effective KPI development, fleet process development and implementation,
Service Dealer management, proactive campaign resolutions including onsite and remote action, and responding to internal or external information requests.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Data or 5+ years experiencein B2Boperations
Expert level Skill with Excel
Experience with financial analytics
Experience with ERP Software (SAP)
Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
:
Experience with shipping and logistics
Familiarity with solar photovoltaics and residential energy storage systems
Familiarity with IT related functionsSalesforce,Trailbazer,MS Office Certification(s) and Data Analytics experience
Project Management experience
Financial analyst experience

: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
