The Opportunity

The paid media and ad-tech space is undergoing a massive shift as advertisers continue to move towards 1P data, 3P cookies become less critical and new addressable media channels like RMN and CTV continue to grow. The Adobe Digital Experience Cloud team is passionate about driving innovation in this market by putting zero code marketer friendly data collaboration tools in the hands of both agencies, brands and publishers, so they can be data driven, agile, and transparent.

Your core responsibility will be to be work with the media ecosystem, specifically agencies and holding companies for these product areas. You will have a deep understanding of the global media ecosystem across channels like TV, Commerce Media and Premium Web publishers. You will also understand the data and identity ecosystems of the future, and build programs, relationships and strategies to work with media buying agencies to ultimately drive more performance for brands and advertisers.

What You'll DoDeeply understand the needs of paid media ecosystem including holding company and their technologiesUnderstand the ecology of data and identity solutions in the US and globally.Evaluate and select new agency offerings that align with fit and value to Adobe's products and solutions.Develop long-term business plans alongside agencies for data collaboration strategiesWork with business development teams to structure and negotiate complex deals with our most strategic partners.Drive product integrations with multiple agencies encompassing audience collaboration, data clean room measurement and other areasFacilitate communication internally and externally related to agency partnerships (demands, strategies, roadmaps, operational requirements, etc.)Develop product documentation, thought leadership, customer presentations and other content assets.What's Great About the Role

10+ years of experience in market research, project / program management, and liaising with external stakeholdersProven track record of breaking down processes and identifying customer pain points to deliver product and business improvementsExperience communicating and collaborating with a variety of cross-functional audiences ranging from engineering and UX teams to directors/VPsStrong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with executive level business partners, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion products throughout the organizationStrong understanding of media agency ecosystem and technology platformsFamiliarity with complexities of governance and consent in a privacy first landscape

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
