We are the market leader in software products and services for the creative & marketing ecosystem with Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, Express, Firefly, and Experience Cloud. Firefly is a new product, service, and family of creative generative AI models coming to Adobe products that offers a new way to ideate, create, and scale content. It’s a natural, exponential extension of the technology that Adobe has created over the past 40 years. Adobe has made industry-leading progress in addressing the enterprise need for new, scalable ways to create ideas and assets with genAI-infused workflows and products. Adobe Digital Media’s recent launch of genAI-powered products for enterprises including: Firefly Services (APIs), Firefly Custom Models, Object Composites, Style Kits, and unique AI features within flagship products like Adobe Photoshop, Express, and Illustrator. We are hiring a Principal Product Manager to “see around the corner” to identify delightful Enterprise generative and creative products and have a founder mindset to scale those products from 0-to-1. You will own the strategy, development, implementation, and growth of new #CreativeEnterprise and #FireflyGenAI products and services. What you’ll do
Prioritize a customer-oriented product strategy and roadmap, based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Partner directly with customers to deeply understand their needs. Iteratively design and build solutions. Scale the result to drive results for your customers and business. Conduct market segment research and landscape analysis to inform your requirements. Stay up to date with new technologies and approaches that can improve your product portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design, deliver, and scale high-quality products, fast. Define product requirements and key performance indicators to evaluate success. Spot risks, find opportunities, understand competitive landscapes and emerging trends, articulate implications, translate insight into pragmatic, fast-cycle action. Continuously learn and confirm/adjust decision-making using data-driven insights. Present to Digital Media and Adobe leadership on new innovations and progress. What you will need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of demonstrated success as a product management leader with experience in AI & enterprise. Creative workflows, API/developer business, former engineer, preferred. Deep customer empathy, and unbounded curiosity. Strong communication and collaboration skills, across functional and organizational boundaries. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Excellent “connector” of people, ideas, activity. Outstanding analytic, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to context switch across products, projects, and customers. Ability to work autonomously, manage through influence, and deliver on-time with quality. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award. Adobe will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment in accordance with state and local laws and “fair chance” ordinances. Adobe is proud to be an
