Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Architect to join our team in Greensboro, NC. This role will focus on developing common service platforms supporting global expansion while ensuring compliance with the CAST model. The Enterprise Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to define scalable, cost-effective global solutions aligned with the organization’s long-term business strategy. The ideal candidate must have expertise in EA frameworks such as TOGAF, Archimate, or Sparx, along with experience in enterprise mapping and repository management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the development of common services platforms for global expansion.

• Design solutions aligned with the CAST model (Common Architecture, Shared Technology).

• Ensure compliance with best practices, standards, and target architecture guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope, objectives, and business value.

• Engage with external vendors to evaluate and recommend COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) solutions.

• Define long-term technology roadmaps in alignment with the business strategy.

• Provide guidance on solutions to ensure scalability and cost-effectiveness.

• Bridge the gap between IT stakeholders and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.

• Expertise with at least one EA framework (TOGAF, Archimate, Sparx, etc.).

• Experience in enterprise mapping and repository management.

• Strong knowledge across multiple IT domains, including infrastructure, software, security, network, middleware, data, and cloud.

• Ability to design, document, and implement enterprise architecture with guidelines and standards.

• Holistic view across domains and initiatives with the ability to align with business goals.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading IT projects in applications.

• Strong presentation skills for engaging senior management, stakeholders, and technical peers.

• Strategic thinker with long-term planning capabilities in line with target architecture.

Certifications (if any):

• TOGAF, Archimate, or other relevant EA framework certifications are preferred.

This role requires the candidate to work onsite at least three days a week in Greensboro, NC, with flexibility for remote work on other days. The position offers an opportunity to lead the development of enterprise-wide solutions in a collaborative, innovative environment.
