Join our company as a Brand and Product Marketing Specialist where you will own the development of key programs and initiatives impacting our brand and products. This role will lead the creative brief development and draft marketing plans by partnering with multiple teams in the business, ensuring a seamless alignment on brand narrative. In This RoleOversee the creation of detailed creative briefs for seasonal and quarterly product campaigns, incorporating relevant marketing insights and strategic direction to ensure alignment with overall company objectivesPartner with Product Development and Merchandising teams to gather critical product insights, and work closely with marketing team to incorporate channel-specific inputsDirect the implementation of brand programs and seasonal campaigns to meet and exceed company standardsLead seasonal and quarterly creative briefings, outlining detailed product campaigns that align with brand narratives by partnering closely with the Creative Services teamModify and manage the Four Hands editorial calendar, keeping it updated with established programs and campaignsConduct regular assessments of program success, utilizing insights to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness of brand valueStay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape, bringing fresh ideas and insights that keep Four Hands at the forefront of innovation within the industryUphold our core values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands teamOther duties as assigned by managementThe Ideal Person

Minimum 5 years experience working within a marketing organization, with a focus on brand and product campaign strategy, planning and executionBachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience in a relevant fieldProficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office suiteUnderstanding of brand and product marketing principlesUnderstanding of marketing analytics and ability to track program performanceCommunication and collaboration skills within the marketing and creative services organization and with cross-departmental teamsOrganizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility and dependabilityExcellent at managing schedules and meeting deadlines independentlyEager to learn and grow savvy about brand and product marketingCapable of identifying issues and developing effective solutions
