Join our E-Commerce team as a Product Management Intern where you will have the opportunity to support the technology strategy across our digital platforms. This role will focus primarily on small-to-medium features of our To-the-Trade website ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
This position is expected to start January 2025/May 2025/ August 2025 and continue through the entire Spring/summer/fall 2025 term (through April 2025). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time and on-site.
In This RoleAssist product managers in the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and concept to execution and launchConduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new productsAnalyze sales performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to provide insights that guide product decisionsWork with design, marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure products are aligned with brand standards and meet customer demandsMaintain and update the product roadmap based on priority shifts, customer feedback, and competitive landscapeAssist in the creation of product prototypes, gather internal and external feedback, and suggest improvementsSupport the documentation of product requirements, specifications, and updates to ensure all stakeholders are alignedCollaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to track product samples, lead times, and quality standardsStay up to date on industry trends and consumer preferencesUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands teamOther duties as assigned by ManagementThe Ideal Person
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Engineering, User Experience or degree program with overlap in the cross-disciplinary function of Product ManagementFamiliarity with the web, in context of technology, platforms, design, etc.E-commerce experience preferredEagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologiesStrong written and oral communicationExcellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
