The Kendra Scott Summer Internship Program offers a hands-on experience inside our rapidly growing multi-category fashion lifestyle brand. We value you. In our program, we are dedicated to shaping your unique interests and career aspirations, equipping you for success in your career and life.
BasicsThe Kendra Scott Internship experience is a 9-week, paid program with the requirement to be in Austin, TX. The internship will begin on June 2nd and end July 31st.This is a full-time, 40/hour a week, in person opportunity. This program will be offered at $17/hour.Please apply to only one internship position that you are most interested in pursuingSponsorship and Relocation assistance is not currently provided.The deadline for internship applications is November 1, 2024, at 11:59 pm PSTCandidates will be informed of their status throughout our process, with final offers being extended in December 2024Qualifications
Currently enrolled and pursing a Bachelors Degree with an expected graduation date of May 2025, December 2025, or May 2026A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is requiredReside within the viscinity of Kendra Scott HQ, Austin, TX or have the ability to obtain housing during the internshipBasic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, and SharepointThe Value You Will Receive

Kendra Scott is a fast-paced and quickly growing company. This role requires the ability to maintain a high level of internal customer service while adapting to quickly changing priorities, a motivation to learn and take on projects, and superior organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Review resumes and align to current openings
•Source proactively for future job openings
•Schedule interviews
•Screen candidates and provide feedback to TA team
•Assist with Applicant Tracking System user support and resource development
•Maintain data integrity within ATS, onboarding and payroll systems
•Cross-training exposure to payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
•Prepare and present a final presentation of your work at Kendra Scott
