Key Responsibilities:
Improve cost and quality of manufacturing. Supervise and support manufacturing processes. Coordinate machine, equipment, and material schedules. Implement and verify modern technology. Establish standards and resolve process issues. Adhere to quality, safety, and cost reduction policies. Train and develop staff. Provide technical input on capital projects. Maintain budgetary controls and forecast personnel needs. Evaluate new technology for value. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 5+ years in Plastic Injection Molding or related field. Leadership experience with strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in lean manufacturing, cost analysis, and continuous improvement. Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.
