The Engineering Manager will report directly into the President and lead a team of 4-5 engineers. This is an exciting opportunity to manage various projects, provide technical leadership, and take products through the full lifecycle of manufacturing. Description The Engineering Manager will be responsible for: Lead new process development for injection, compression, and transfer molding. Manage new tooling design, planning, procurement, and customer expectation reviews. Oversee new product review, implementation, and production hand-off. Plan and oversee First Article Runs, engineering production startups, and transfers to production. Coordinate daily activities across departments with the engineering team. Guide new process development and control process documentation. Lead and support process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and cycle times.
