Responsibilities
• Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs• Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures• Manage all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service• Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement• Write and implement departmental operation schedules
Qualifications
• 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision• Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations• Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills• Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred
