Food Beverage Manager

Our esteemed hotel is looking for a passionate food and beverage manager! You’ll ensure each guest receives world-class service by managing all aspects of our food and beverage department, including our incredible staff. Responsibilities: • Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard • Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development • Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement • Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure Qualifications: • Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction • Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards • Must have a food handling license • At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department • Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 DOE
