The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our procurement activities to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role requires strong quantitative skills, a deep understanding of procurement processes, and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. The role will support all Procure-to-Pay and Strategic Category Management process continuous improvement initiatives to help deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect and compile data from various sources such as Coupa, SAP, and other 3rd Party Platforms.Clean, validate, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.Perform quantitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Develop robust procurement data models and simulations to optimize negotiations and sourcing, aiming to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key procurement metrics using Power BI.Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner through visualizations and presentations.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data for procurement initiatives.Identify inefficiencies in procurement processes through data analysis and recommend solutions for optimization.Implement and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on quantitative and qualitative data.QUALIFICATIONS
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively to all levels of the organizationAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.4+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role within finance, procurement, or supply chain management.SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL)Knowledge of Coupa, SAP, and other supply chain technology platforms is a plus.
