Job Description: The Marketing Technology Specialist (Mid to Senior Level) will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and integrating digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance our overall marketing performance. This role will be instrumental in implementing UTM tracking, managing Google Tag Manager, and ensuring seamless data collection across various platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic channels. A background in business intelligence is a strong plus, as this role will also involve building reports to track leads, conversions, and campaign performance. Experience with HubSpot is essential for supporting our CRM and marketing automation needs.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize
the marketing technology stack, including digital marketing tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking systems.Implement UTM parameters
and tracking codes for digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms to ensure accurate performance measurement.Configure and maintain analytics tools
to track user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion metrics, ensuring data accuracy.Build and analyze reports
to track lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, providing insights to improve marketing strategies.Support marketing automation
by integrating HubSpot CRM with other digital tools for streamlined data flow and reporting.Assist with A/B testing
and optimization efforts to improve ad performance across digital channels.Ensure data integrity and compliance
with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, in all marketing technology implementations.Collaborate closely with the marketing team
to provide technical support and insights, ensuring that digital marketing initiatives are executed effectively.Provide technical training
to team members on using MarTech tools, best practices for UTM tracking, and campaign analytics.Preferred Qualifications:
3-8 years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing operations, or a similar role.Proficiency in
Google Tag Manager ,
Google Analytics ,
Meta Ads Manager ,
HubSpot CRM , and other key digital marketing platforms.Strong understanding of
UTM tracking ,
conversion pixels , and
event tracking
for accurate campaign measurement.Experience with
business intelligence tools
(e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to build dashboards and track campaign performance.Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms, with a focus on
HubSpot .Basic understanding of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
for troubleshooting and platform customizations.Strong analytical mindset and
problem-solving skills
with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and project management
skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.Certifications
in marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) are a plus.Experience in the
health and fitness industry
is a plus but not required.
