The Digital Marketing Manager creates, implements, and manages comprehensive digital marketing efforts in conjunction with the communications and development teams to achieve Heart to Heart International's strategic fundraising goals. The scope of work includes website, SEO, SEM, digital donor relations, video editing, event support, intranet, and digital analytics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, execute and optimize the website, SEO, SEM, digital donor relations, and intranet.Leverage best practices, digital trends and competitive research in the nonprofit/fundraising industry.Establish and implement a website marketing strategy to drive website traffic, engagement, email opt-in and onsite donation conversion.Collaborate with internal partners to understand HHI history, mission, vision, values, philosophy, programs, partners, donors, and finances that can be shared through digital marketing initiatives.Work with the communications, programs and development teams to integrate digital marketing initiatives into the content calendar. Make sure content on site and in campaigns is updated and accurate.Ensure consistent brand messaging and design solutions.Identify, analyze, and measure KPIs to assess performance and leverage data to make optimizations.Develop innovative collateral and event support to invite, thank, steward, and retain donors.Monitor ad spend and ROI, adjust efforts to improve outcomes.Own video editing and digital story capturing.Complete other work as determined by the team and supervisor.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Digital savvy with a passion for staying on top of trends.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments and externally.Strong project management and time management skills.Effective oral and written communication skills. Candidates may be asked for examples of written communication work during the interview; be willing to share examples of prior work.Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.Self-starter, motivated, and able to take initiative in all situations; ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and inclusive environment.Able to deal with change, flexible, and able to pivot one's work or focus on a new direction.Forward-thinking, thought leaders to enable growth.Willingness to take calculated risks and try new things.Ability to solve problems by analyzing situations, being resourceful, determining next steps, and implementing solutions to drive results.Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team with diverse styles and personalities.REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.3+ years of professional work experience in a digital marketing role.Adept at WordPress and leading development projects.Understanding of GA4 data analytics, creating reports to measure and evaluate performance.Experience with SEO, Google Tag Manager, SEM and keyword research.Proficiency in photo and video editing software.Prior use of an Email Service Provider (ESP, MailChimp or similar) is a plus.Experience working with a nonprofit, or similar organization, is a plus.Familiarity with an integrated donation software (Fundraise Up or similar) is a plus.Understanding of Chimpegration with Raiser's Edge is a plus.
