Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional guest serviceExhibit our core values in all interactions with guests and team members.Meet or exceed scorecard metrics for the departmentMeet or exceed Quick Lane penetration goalsMake sure guests receive prompt, friendly courteous serviceLead, manage and hold accountable Quick Lane techniciansHire and train Quick Lane technicians (including Quick Lane STARS training)Coach direct reports to maintain positivity and productivityHold advisors accountable to ensure all extended warranty, warranty and fleet claims are submitted for payment properly (process followed by all to ensure payment)Manage the payroll within the departmentEnsure technicians follow two-person processEnsure advisors understand basic selling practices for brakes, batteries, and tiresEnsure technicians fully understand the Quick Lane expectations and address those performance expectations falling below standardsResponsible for profitability and CSI in the departmentEnsure Quick Lane Advisors are meeting department goalsEnsure service menus presented along with multi-point inspection with every guest and we are selling the necessary repairs to the guest needsForecast goals and objectivesEnsure Quick Lane technicians are following health and safety protocolsAssume a "player" (player/coach) role when neededConduct weekly inventory check on frequently used partsMaintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, and friendly manner

Job Requirements:High School Diploma or GED EquivalentMaintain a clean driving record & valid driver's licenseExcellent communication
