The Product Marketing Manager will work within ACV's marketing team and partner closely with our sales, product and technology teams to drive engagement on the ACV platform. This role will lead the ACV Auctions marketplace product marketing strategy, evangelizing new ACV features to maximize engagement and usage. This role will also lead strategy and support for sales marketing initiatives across the auctions product. This position will report to the VP of Marketing.
What you will do:
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Manage product marketing strategy and efforts for the ACV Marketplace, collaborating closely with Product, Tech and Go to Market TeamsOversee go-to-market strategy for ACV marketplace suite of tools and collaboration with all other ACV brandsDevelop content strategy to evangelize and drive adoption of ACV featuresCollaborate with the product and technology teams to define, measure and drive KPIs to provide strategy for campaign executionMaintain the process for regional marketing support that drives adoption of ACV marketplace suite of tools.Work closely with Go-To-Market team to develop plan for promoting features to sales organizationLead customer insights research in partnership with product and salesPerform additional duties as assigned.What you will need:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.2 years' product marketing or related experience.Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.Experience working closely with product and technology teams to build communications strategyStrong communication and project management skills, ability to bring several stakeholders to the table to achieve goalsComfortable with self-serve data - experience with analytics, including using business intelligence to optimize campaigns.Strong-structured, process-driven mindset, with a focus on building for scaleExperience working closely with sales to develop customized campaignsPast experience working cross functionally with sales to build marketing strategiesProactive, self-directed, strategic thinker with a roll-up your sleeves mentalityDetail-oriented with a bias toward error-free executionStrong written and verbal communication skillsCompensation : $76,000.00 - $86,000.00 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
