The Non-Captive Operations Manager will be the leader of the front lines of ACV Capital Non-Captive Operations. Duties include: Creating, developing, and managing operations processes for new Non-Captive ACV Capital products and programs such as Non-Auction Purchase, Remarketing Centers, and other burgeoning non-captive loan sources. Working across department lines with the Portfolio Management and the Credit Department teams to identify and monitor risk in the portfolio regarding payment escalations as well as document compliance. Reviewing current processes and looking for improvement within the Salesforce and COP platforms. The Non-Captive Operations Manager will also be supporting the business through its various phases of growth., ensuring consistency, accuracy, and the highest level of customer service across the team.
What you will do:
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Be the leader on the front lines of ACV Capital Non-Captive Operations.Leading the Non-Captive vertical while supporting the business throughout its various phases of growth.Assist with recruiting and hiring for the expanding the Non-Captive Operations vertical to meet the growing demands of the business, in line with the operations budget.Identify and escalate new business challenges as they arise, taking a leading voice in providing an assessment and recommendations to senior management on proposed resolutions and process changes/creation.Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead their implementation within the Non-Captive vertical and cross-functionally when needed.Be a leading voice for continual technical system changes, scoping the most impactful technical system investments to support ongoing efficiencies and improved accuracy of the Non-Captive Operations' team.Manage multiple priorities within tight time frames while maintaining ongoing attention to detail.Perform additional duties as assigned.What you will need:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.Bachelor's degree in finance, business, operations, or related field.5+ years' industry experience in automotive finance1+ years' progressive supervisory or leadership experienceThorough knowledge of the floorplan and auto auctions industryPrior Operations Management experienceDemonstrated leadership in process improvement/establishment.Experience leading a team in a fast paced environment.Proven ability to thrive in a continually evolving, dynamic environment.Six-sigma green belt is a plus.Compensation : $87,000 - $103,000 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
