RestorePro is a busy full-service Disaster Restoration Company looking for an experienced Water Mitigation Technician to join our Durham, NC team.
We specialize in restoring residential and commercial properties after emergency situations caused by water damage, flood damage, mold damage, fire/smoke damage, and biohazard/trauma events. Must have a valid driver's license and transportation. Must be able to rotate on-call after hours. Must be drug-free and pass a background check. Pay is based on experience. RestorePro will pay for continuing IICRC certification renewals. Higher starting pay for individuals experienced in multiple aspects of restoration.

Water extractionFire damage and smoke cleaningsPerform demolitionClean up and debris removalContainment Set-upDecontaminatingSetup and monitor remediation equipmentCarpentry repairsQualifications:
1+ year experience in water mitigation, mold remediation and fire/smoke cleanings1+ year experience in carpentryAvailability to work a rotating on-call scheduleAvailable for regular overtimeExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAble to lift 50 LBSPossess excellent customer service skillsMust have a clean driving record and a valid NC Driver's LicenseMust be able to pass a background check and drug screeningAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsHigh school or equivalent (Required)IICRC Certifications are requiredCompensation
$20.00- $26.00 DOE plus overtime and on-call bonus
