Our seven locations in Bozeman, Butte, Helena, Great Falls, Kalispell, Hamilton and Missoula make us the largest, restoration company in the state! Job Duties:Water extractionFire damage and smoke cleanings.Perform demolition.Clean up and debris removal.Containment Set-upDecontaminatingSet up and monitor remediation equipment.Carpentry repairsClear, professional, and timely communication with customers, team members, and managersInspect completed work.Complete necessary restoration documentation, daily logs, work ordersLoad vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies for day's workMaintain basic cleanliness of company vehicle used each dayDetermine the sequence of steps to be taken when delivering the company's services at the customer's property.Qualifications:
1+ year experience in water mitigation, mold remediation and fire/smoke cleanings a plus1+ year experience in carpentry a plusAvailability to work a rotating on-call schedule.Available for regular overtimeExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAble to lift 50 LBSPossess excellent customer service skills.Must have a clean driving record and a valid Driver's LicenseMust be able to pass a background check and drug screening.Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.High school or equivalent (Required)IICRC Certifications a plusPhysical Demands:
Regularly required to sit, stand, or walk frequently, intermittently or for long periods of timeUse of fine motor skills: hands, fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.Salary:
$21.00 plus overtime and on-call bonus
