Human Resources Specialist , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

Ensures all employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and filed; ensuring confidentiality is maintainedResponsible for processing personnel employee changes into HRIS, to include terminations, promotions, job reclassifications, rate changes, manager changes, etc.Ensures compliance with state and/or federal law regarding delivery of final pay and required termination documentationProvide administrative support for Human Resources DepartmentResponsible for opening and distributing all incoming mailProvides internal and external customer service by responding to requests via phones calls and emails, seeking appropriate guidance and using designated resourcesSupports operational compliance in data handling by learning relevant policies, procedures, and processes; handles both regular and sensitive data by following global and local statutory laws.Supports employees and managers by responding to inquiries and performing transactions using documented processes and policies; handles routine inquiries and transactions by referring to standard policies and procedures; escalates issues to management.Ensures confidentiality and professionalism is maintained when dealing with sensitive and confidential informationMay be responsible for handling employee subpoena requests as needed.Supports onboarding, leave management, and operations.You Are:

Must be experienced with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA/CFRA), Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL), and California FEHA disability accommodations and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as other HR and employment laws.At least two years Human Resource experience required, healthcare industry preferredProficient in the use of HRIS (ADP Vantage, eTime and DynaFile preferred)Competency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organization skills and attention to detailWorking understanding of human resource principles, practices and proceduresStrong time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to function in fast-paced work environment
