Summary
We're looking for a seasoned, multidisciplinary creative with a passion for shaping big ideas and a flair for narrative-driven storytelling and cutting-edge design. You'll work closely with the Creative Director and Producers, interpreting and translating briefs into creative visions and contributing to delivering high-impact experiences across digital and physical formats for exhibition projects in the cultural and brand sectors. Whether it's 2D, 3D, print, or interactive media, your work will influence audience experiences.
Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with the Creative Director, Producers, and cross-disciplinary teams to transform ideas into high-quality, deliverable content that doesn't just look good but tells a story, creates an experience, and leaves an impression.Provide hands-on art direction to junior creatives and contractors for various projects, including film (live action, CG, VFX, animation), interactive media, and experiential design.Attend client meetings, interpret briefs, and build strong narratives and achievable creative visions for a wide range of deliverables, including (but not limited to) creative treatments, storyboards, spatial design, script writing, creating brief decks, and style frames.Be comfortable leading visual direction from conception through execution, ensuring the creative vision aligns with client objectives and our studio's high standards.Work with Producers to manage timelines and project reviews.Create presentation materials for existing projects and new business.Character Traits

5+ years of demonstrable design experience with an innovative, creative agency or production environment.A sharp eye for design excellence and detailsAbility to design in a wide range of styles and platformsYou're a natural storyteller - you approach visual design through the lens of the narrativeYou've previously led creative visionsYou can take a brief and run with it, bringing the vision to life through compelling art direction and hands-on design work.Candidates may have any combination of creative backgrounds, including film, motion design, exhibition design, spatial design, branding, or immersive content.Experience with Google SuiteStrong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - shortcuts and efficient workflow a must[Desirable]

Immersive Excellence : Your creative vision will define how visitors engage with and experience exhibitions, ensuring every project is memorable and emotionally resonant.Collaborative Success : Working closely with production teams, you will ensure all visual elements of an exhibition come together smoothly and that tell stories that resonate.Creative Innovation : You'll continually push the boundaries of exhibition design, integrating new techniques and technologies to create more immersive, interactive experiences.Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without work authorization. Salary Pay Range
$85,000-$100,000 USD
Hours
This is a full-time position.
Our working hours are 9:30am - 6:00pm [Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch]
We currently have a hybrid approach to working with a mixture of in-house and remote days.
