The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.

JOB SUMMARY
The
Creative Director of Brand Creative
is responsible for shaping and elevating consumer facing brand creative marketing initiatives. This role involves overseeing all creative aspects of brand expression, from concept development to execution, ensuring a cohesive and visually compelling narrative that resonates with audiences. The Creative Director will lead a talented team of producers, copywriters, vendors and other creatives, fostering an environment that encourages bold ideas, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of creative excellence. Collaboration across departments is key, as the Creative Director will work closely with various teams to ensure the brand's creative direction is consistently impactful and forward-thinking.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creative Direction:
Work closing with the VP of Brand, Creative overseeing the creation of all brand-related promotional creative for brand campaigns - including video content, digital marketing, social media, packaging, and corporate communications.Incessantly pitch bold, innovative concepts and ideas in fast-paced environment. Innate drive to push creative boundaries by collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to bring groundbreaking concepts to lifeEnsure consistency and coherence across all brand touchpoints, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.Provide creative guidance and feedback to the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.2. Creative Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, PR, etc. to ensure alignment and collaboration on cross-functional initiatives.Manage relationships with external partners, such as agencies, freelancers, and vendors, to augment internal capabilities and deliver exceptional creative work.3. Brand Stewardship:
Act as the guardian of the brand, ensuring that all creative work adheres to established guidelines and reinforces the brand's identity and values.Monitor and understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform and refine the brand creative.Continuously evaluate and improve brand performance, leveraging insights and feedback to drive innovation and growth.QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
Bachelor's degree8+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 2 years as creative directorProven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and creative campaigns.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various media and platforms.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.Proficiency in creative software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.Strong creative management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
The base compensation range for this position is
$125,000 to $150,000
commensurate with experience. AMC Networks additionally offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Services, among other benefit plan options, subject to eligibility requirements.
