Program Manager - Frame.io M&ALocation: San Jose, CADuration: 6 MonthsAs a member of the M&A team, this Program Manager will be responsible for driving and collaborating with cross functional teams on the successful execution & completion of migrating an organization from Client onto Adobe's platform on Microsoft Dynamics and SAP ECC (for Financials)

Therefore, good communication is requiredExperience coordinating all faces of the project lifecycle - reqmts gathering & design, coordinate development, coordinate technical and business testing, cutover and post golive supportExperience with M&A Projects - transitioning organizations from legacy to new platformsExperience tracking requirements and development in JIRA or similar toolExperience with Marketing, sales systems, and related dependencies (i.e. SAP Finance) is a plus

Oversees timeline, quality, and operationsUnderstands overall scope and deliverables map against release timelineResponsible for ensuring coordination of work efforts at program level, understands and manages critical path key dependenciesWorks with Track Leads and Program Managers to understand status of work efforts and impact to the program to move delivery forwardDrives resolution of risks, issues and decisions, and escalates to governance forums as necessaryEstablishes approach, tools, and templates to support program executionProvides status, guidance and impediment review to sponsors & stakeholdersFacilitates Track, Cross Functional Team, Program Scrum of Scrums meetings to communicate and address risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and milestones delivery for the program

RequirementsMust Have

Must have 4-7+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs)Experience managing projects from coordinating requirements gathering and design, coordinating development efforts across multiple Scrum Teams, preparations and oversight execution of End to End Testing, go live preparations and transition to support activitiesDrive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocksExperience with transformational projects and/or Cloud-related projectsMust be a quick learner who can connect the dotsWill be managing big initiatives, interacting with key executive-level stakeholdersAdvanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPointProgram/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, WaterfallScrum knowledge to swiftly coordinate with Scrum team or run scrums if requiredExperience managing software development programs, > 2 is a plusCreated project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue managementAbility to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentCreative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments
