Duties: ccounting Manager San Jose, CA Hybrid8 Months$91.55 per hour on W2 Duties:Key Responsibilities:Manage year-end audit and schedule requests of external auditorsOwn the documentation and compliance testing related to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) for responsible areasSynthesize data into presentation-ready executive summariesPrepare journal entries and account reconciliationsExecute the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesServe as a key point of contact for inquiries from International Accounting, External Reporting, Finance, and Tax teamsRecord intercompany transactions and affiliated reconciliation processPerform quarterly flux analysisSupport lease accounting processes and controls under ASC 842Support the S4 HANA Implementation projectAd hoc projects and analysesQualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field; CPA required10+ years of accounting experience in multinational tech companiesExperience in SAP ECC or S4 HANA is a mustExperience in Blackline is a mustDeep understanding of ASC 842 and ASC 830 is highly preferredExperience in consolidations, intercompany, or compensation accounting is a plusFamiliar with Ariba and Tableau is highly preferredMust demonstrate strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, prioritization, and communication skillsTech savvySelf-motivated and resourceful
