Director of Care Management
in their largest and most well-respected hospital. The role encompasses clinical and administrative oversight, including care coordination, case management, and various healthcare programs in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
The Director will be accountable for ensuring patient care that is high-quality, safe, efficient, and patient-centered. This leader will collaborate with multiple departments, physicians, and executive leadership to drive performance and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The role involves direct involvement with utilization management and throughput processes, ensuring optimal performance against key metrics such as length of stay, readmissions, and financial outcomes.
