Position Overview:

Arlon is looking for a passionate Marketing Manager with strong channel marketing expertise and digital marketing experience to join our commercial team. The Marketing Manager manages the regional marketing team and participates in the global marketing team. The position must deliver channel marketing plans, impactful events, and marketing communications (including social media, email, press releases and web). By working with the global creative team to execute comprehensive regional plans, the manager will drive customer expansion and loyalty. This position must expand Arlon brand awareness and contribute to sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating and executing marketing strategies from start to finish. The Marketing Manager should be highly organized, a creative thinker, and passionate about connecting with the customer. This position will be evaluated on the effectiveness of campaigns, channel marketing support, brand awareness and lead generation.

Overview of Responsibilities:

Support the key functions of the marketing process to ensure the Arlon brand is consistent and meaningfully represented across all customer touch points (content development, audience identification, proofing, revising).

LeadershipMentor and/or provide direction and evaluation for the regional marketing team.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and onboarding; planning, assigning, and directing work.Ensure resources are assigned appropriately based on project plans.Participate in America's management team.Collaborate with other regional marketing teams and global marketing creative to ensure global alignment, marketing best practices and brand consistency.Regional Ownership

Analyze and report monthly measures of effectiveness of all the responsibilities above.Ensure KPIs are on track and implement corrective actions to ensure annual plans are achieved.Requirements

Minimum Required Education, Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or another relevant field.Minimum eight (8) years' relevant working experience, with a minimum of two (2) years' recent experience in a similar role (Marketing Manager, Sr. Manager or Director).Working knowledge of website analytics (i.e.: Google Analytics)Experience working in a Marketing Automation Platform and Customer Relationship Management software.Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.Appetite for all things digital - developing innovative campaigns leveraging the newest tech across platforms, and desire to identify opportunities for strategic brand involvement.Strong communication skills, in the English language (listening, verbal, written, presentation, inter-personal)Microsoft Office ® proficientIs personally guided by, espouses, communicates, and works with, and through, values of Integrity, Excellence, Inspirational, Teamwork and Accountability (Arlon's Core Values). Pay Transparency:

The current pay range for this position is between $110,000 - $130,000. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training and experience. If hired, employment will be at will. The Company reserves the right to modify pay, as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program, at any time.
