Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager, ANZJ will assist the Director of Sales, ANZJ in the coordination and delivery of marketing efforts across the ANZJ region. Will also collaborate with Global Marketing and Director of Sales ANZJ in the development, preparation and tracking of annual marketing plans and programs. The Marketing Manager ANZJ position will work closely with the Global Marketing Manager, and with the ANZJ Sales Team and Technical Solutions to drive market results and help exceed our budget goals.
Strategic Planning:
Work with the Sales Team, distributors and end users, aligned with the Global Marketing Manager, in developing strategic marketing plans targeting a growing share of market.
Work within the Arlon brand guidelines and strategic objectives to devise and deliver ANZJ regional marketing plans that deliver against the company's Must-Win-Battles
Management of the ANZJ marketing assets:Brief, support, and guide the Global Design Team to bring campaign concepts to life.Manage the regional marketing budget and MDF accounts, including tracking and reporting.Collaborate with the global marketing and product management to create press releases and technical blog articles to support tactical plans.Perform other duties that may be assigned and respond to a variety of planned and ad hoc requests in a timely and professional manner, including taking a leadership role in tracking work and results for reporting.Sales and Partner Support:
Be the liaison between sales team and technical support team to identify opportunities to better support Arlon partners.Work with partners and Arlon sales team to plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, promotions and customer success stories that support leads generation and customer acquisition and relationships.Evaluate the marketing performance of marketing campaigns, report back on leads created and recommend campaign improvements.Proactively contact and meet with distributors and sales representatives to identify support needs related to collateral, training, and events.Events Management, Planning and Organization:
Own the Arlon training booking system. Collaborating with our technical support team to maximize the training output from our new Arlon Experience Center. Acting as host during all onsite training days to ensure maximum customer satisfaction from their interaction with Arlon.Understand the Customer Journey to maximize their loyalty to use the Arlon products in their future projects. Develop tools and methods to follow that customer's journey and to apply learnings for future improvements.Assisting the Regional Manager and sales team with the planning and managing of trade shows, distributor open houses, training events and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, and executing all the events logistics.Assist Technical Solutions team with planning for Interstate, NZ / Japan and local training events.Manage regional marketing events calendar for best use of company's resources.Identify and report back about leads created from events, trade shows and other training activities.Capture content and images for the Global Marketing team to use in future promotion of Arlon training courses and Certification programsRecording all contacts within our CRM.Marketing Department Support:
Collaborates with Global Marketing to design and implement effective strategies for communications delivering on marketing goals.Partner with the global marketing team and the Marketing Specialist to create content and promotional campaigns for Arlon Graphics ANZJ.Requirements
Required Education, Background and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field.Minimum five (5) years of work experience performing similar tasks.Sound commercial knowledge and business skills.Ability to present effectively online and in person.Strong communications skills in English (listening, verbal, written, presentation, inter-personal).Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Willingness and availability to travel within the ANZJ region and globally, as required.Eligible for work in AustraliaValid driver licenseValid passportProfile:
