It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves.---Responsibilities:- Conduct in the prioritization of product features and initiatives based on user needs, business objectives, and - technological capabilities for the TikTok LIVE tool- Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify gaps in the current toolset and opportunities for innovation within the LIVE ecosystem.- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmap for new tooling features aimed at enhancing the LIVE streaming experience on TikTok.- Monitor the performance of newly launched products and features, gathering data and insights to drive continuous improvement.- Work within a fast-paced agile development process to deliver high-quality features that meet the needs of our diverse, global user base.- Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to a wide range of audiences, from team members to executive leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- BS/BA degree or equivalent education- 3+ years of relevant experience in either LIVE product team, creator tool product manager or similar roles in an internet or technology company- Ideally have experience in PC livestreaming or photo / video capture related technologies- Highly motivated, independent thinker, good cross-cultural understanding with strong project ownership- Ability to collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates---TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
