The business lines are ranging from Monetization Technology, Data, Machine Learning, System, Infrastructure, AR Effects, Security Technology and more.---About the teamThe UGC team is responsible for the supply, consumption, and long-term ecology of TikTok user generated content. We want to make TikTok be the preferred platform for users to express themselves actively, quickly obtain interactive feedback from FYP and search scenarios. Build a diverse and inclusive community culture here.---Responsibilities- Deeply understand the value of UGC, develop content granularity and tag system, assist content algorithms to optimize content understanding, and improve the distribution efficiency of UGC- Design strategies for author traffic, interactive feedback, fan growth, and growth experience to improve publishing and author retention- Design strategies to enhance the scale and depth of community interaction, and enhance user retention and activity- Able to maintain observation and understanding of the ecosystem, locate problems and solve them collaboratively; sensitive to content and understanding of users
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- Willing to explore and study, with a strong sense of responsibility and cooperation, strong logic, sensitive to data, good judgment, and result-oriented;- Good data comprehension ability, strong logical thinking ability, exploratory spirit, and strong self-motivation;- Have an entrepreneurial spirit, good at cross-cultural communication, and English can be used as a working language.---Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 to 5 years of experience in Internet user products;- Excellent user empathy, innovative spirit and ability, being independently responsible for the core module of the content community, and successful experience from 0 to 1 are preferred;---TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
