A growing startup is seeking a Director of Security to oversee their compliance with Federal Government related duties. You should bring an ability to build and lead a security team, including developing guidance on and implement controls for governmental policies.
The core responsibilities would be protecting all classified and proprietary confidential information as well as internal assets. Additionally, you should hold multidisciplinary security expertise across the following requirements:RequirementsFacility Security Officer FSO, Contractor Special Security Officer CSSO, and Insider Threat Program Senior Official ITPSO.Supervise security activities and enforce compliance across all DoD programs, contracts, and work sites.Develop systems and processes to manage visit authorization, debriefings, and travel briefingsCreates and updates security plans, including educations and awareness programsAdministrates the corporate access control program including badges, access cards and internal visit requestsExperience within a startup environmentHolds an active TS/SCIBachelor's degree in Compliance, Risk Management, or similarHolds 5 or more years of experienceThe Offer
